How It Works
You immediately get access to the SAHLID OPS Platform and will schedule a call with us to let us know ALL of the info of your business. We'll set up the foundations for your business so you can just focus on your clients!

Blueprint and Strategy:
Based on our findings, we provide blueprints and strategies designed to achieve your goals. Implementation is carried out in 4 phases with a Q&A session after each phase.
Weekly Check-ins:
We hold weekly or bi-weekly check-ins to ensure everything is on track and to address any questions or concerns.
Cost: $18k for 3 months

Unlike hiring a full-time CMO or COO, our fractional retainer model delivers the same high-quality expertise at a fraction of the cost, ensuring significant savings for your business.
